About Us
Vision 2030, is built around three primary themes: a vibrant society, a thriving economy, and an ambitious nation.
It begs the question, are we ready?
And what mindsets, skills, and resources do we need to invest in?
When we first started, it was at the same time Saudiaziation hit the ground, and we were looking for Saudi talents in retail and hospitality. That’s when we realized we had a gap between client expectations and customer experience. Since then, we’ve created multiple short and long-term programs that support luxury retail and hospitality in attaining high customer loyalty and executing high-level customer service.
At the same time, our clients were realizing it’s impossible to provide an exceptional brand experience without internal leadership that enables excellence. For that to happen, we partner up with senior leaders to create the right context and culture for their most aspiring organizational intentions through Leadership and Team Coaching.

Noorah Kareem
Culture Consultant. Improv Coach
Named one of the world’s 100 most powerful Arab women by Arabian Business, she started her career in online comedy writing and program development in 2010. She then worked as a strategy consultant for KPMG, developing strategies for both government and private sector clients and advising on M&A deals.
In both those fields she saw time and time again that having a team that can adapt quickly and work together collaboratively was the missing link to an organization’s success. So she started an improvisational theatre company and training school to train individuals and groups to be more collaborative and creative using improvisational theatre methods.
She’s also trained in communication strategies of Non-Violent Communication and Brene Brown’s Daring Way.

She has experience as the Head of Communities Advancement in an upcoming cultural entity. She was the community engagement manager of Noor Riyadh and facilitated many team well-being sessions to foster team harmony, empathy, and understanding.
She worked with many start-up teams as part of her role as the VP of Strategic Growth at Tasamy; a nonprofit that focused on social entrepreneurship. Her background in Finance allowed this integration of both the business and emotional needs of individuals and groups.
She co-led an initiative, “Theatre for Change”, that showed how theater can be used in responding to crisis, conflict resolution, facilitating dialogue, and peacebuilding, and was featured at the G20 Interfaith Forum in Bologna, Italy.
Shahad Al-Tukhaim
Horse Assisted Corporate Trainer. Leadership Expert
Monica was born in Argentina, moved to Mexico, Brazil, back to Mexico, and as a teenager to Germany, where she finished high school and studied to become an economist. Changing schools and making new friends every few years became a normal part of life.
In our busy, modern lives she feels we sometimes lose track of this important connection – the humble connection to nature, which can help us in our personal fulfillment. Helping people reconnect with themselves using horses as training partners is what she does.
Getting people who may have never been around horses to connect with these majestic animals helps you become more conscious of your personal beliefs and goals and the negative patterns that block you. Through horse-assisted leadership courses, you receive input on how to improve your relationships with people. The horse-assisted experiences are true eye-openers, where in a short span of time you can achieve amazing results that will help you to go back to your life with new impulses on how to gain the respect, but also the confidence and trust of others.
